This painting is the result of a dream. In the dream, I am a very young boy. I find myself about to enter the home of a Shaman because I have been ordered to see him. The Shaman lives in what seems like a hut or some kind of a tent. I am extremely afraid and I am trembling. As I approach the entrance, the night sky changes from a normal sky to a swirling movement of something resembling colorful slime. I stand frozen afraid to move as the entrance appears to light up and flow like a controlled waterfall framed within the entrance. Terrified, I call out for my mother. I awaken and remain awake refusing to go back to sleep.
